This seminar is open to anyone who has lost someone to a death regardless of the length of time since that death.
How do we manage getting through all of the festivities, good cheer and celebration when a part of ourselves is aching?
The evening will offer suggestions and ideas for working with your grief through the holiday season. (regardless of faith).
