Jeannine passed on peacefully in Vancouver on Wednesday, April 20, 2016 . A Funeral Mass will be held on Friday, April 29. at Saint Sacrement Parish Church, 3040 Heather St., Vancouver. Viewing will be from 9:30 to 10:15, eulogies and remembrances from 10:15 to 11:00 am, Funeral Mass at 11:00. Reception to follow.
Burial will be at Robinson Memorial Park Cemetery, Coquitlam, at a later date. Please check back for that information.
Jeannine was predeceased by her father Louise-Phillippe, her mother Josephine and sisters Mary Genevieve, Irene and Laurette. She is survived by her loving husband of 38 years, Gilles; her siblings, Roger (Darlene), Raymonde (Real), Annette (Elmer), Denise (Lenny), Hubert (Patricia), Germaine and Lloyd (Donna), many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
Thank you to all of those who spent hours by her bedside and to those who supported Jeannine and Gilles with their kindness and best wishes.

She was, & always will be, my special aunty, my second Mom growing up, & I love her and miss her so darn much! I miss her laughter, her positive spirit, the way she could see past the little things, the amazing motherly touch she had with me growing up, & then with my children also. I miss her excited smile, her nurturing ways, and her side to side bouncy, true loving hugs every time we had a sleepover as children and as adults. She was truly a superwoman! You are not alone Gilles. We truly miss her also. And we will celebrate and honor her always. ♥
