Our beloved father and husband passed away peacefully at Burnaby General Hospital in Burnaby, Canada on Jan 20, 2023. KK was born in
Mainland China in 1934. At the age of 13, he left home and moved to Hong Kong with only a few pennies. He began studying at night schools,
and worked at a trading company for the next 70 years. His work ethics is acknowledged as second to none.
In his 30s, he met Yuki while stationed in Kobe, Japan for business. They got married in 1966, shortly after they moved back to Hong Kong, and
stayed there for over 50 years until relocated to Vancouver, Canada. For 55 years, they remained dedicated and took care of each other.
He is survived by his son, William Ka Wai; and his wife, Yuki.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be sent to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada, 兒童心臟基金會 of Hong Kong, 日
